All participants will be required to bring 3 forms with them
1) All participants will require the High Adventure Medical Form - Sign by a medical professional
2) All Participants will require the Whitewater Express Release of Liability Form
3) All participants will require a Health and Medical Form (Youth and Adult Specific)

- Clinics to grow skills (lashings, cooking, fire building, etc) and clinics to gain experience (rope making, tomahawks, slingshots, etc)
